What is that shield logo on all the products?

I like to think of it as a maker's mark. Kind of like silverware or old proof marks on a musket. It is my personal logo I have used for 20 years now and is my initials JL in a shield. Think of it as a proof mark that I worked on that piece and approved it to go out.

Return Policy?

If anything ever breaks, just take a photo and contact me. I will probably want to know how it happened so I can see if there are any changes to make to stop that again. But I will get you another one out as soon as I can.

Otherwise, no returns just because you decided you don't want it anymore. If you got the wrong size, I can work with you. If it is custom and you approved the proof, that is a finalized deal.
